Game Day at o.co Coliseum Banners: Hand-held, noncommercial banners that do not obstruct the view of other patrons are the only types of banners that are allowed in the stadium. No flags or banners on poles, or banners that are considered offensive to others, are permitted. Season Ticket Services: The Season Ticket Services Office is located at the Oracle Arena Box Office. Season Ticket Services will be open four hours prior to kickoff, until the end of halftime. Elevators: West Side: There are three elevators located inside the West Side Club lobby entrance, which can be accessed from outside the stadium on the plaza level. These elevators provide access to the second and third decks for Club, Suite, and disabled guests only. East Side: There are three elevators inside the East Side Club lobby entrance. The elevator marked with the universal handicap symbol provides access to all levels of the stadium for disabled guests. This elevator can be accessed from the first deck behind Section 142 and the East Side Club. The remaining two elevators provide access to appropriately ticketed Club and/or Suite guests to the East Side Club, Plaza, and Loge Suites only. No re-entry policy: Fans leaving the stadium at any time after their ticket has been scanned will not be allowed re-admittance. First Aid: First Aid offices are located behind Sections 109 and 143. HANDICAPED PARKIN G AND SEATS : Disabled seating including wheelchair, companion, semi-ambulatory and seats with removable armrests are located throughout the stadium. To gain access to disabled parking, a current disabled sticker is required with valid identification. LOST AND FOUND: The Lost and Found is located in the security office (behind Sections 126 and 149). After the game ends, lost and found items are temporarily stored in the maintenance office at the Coliseum for 30 days. Smoking is prohibited in the Coliseum by Oakland City Ordinance. This includes the use of electronic cigarettes and vaporizers. SOUVENIRS: Souvenir stands can be found at various locations throughout the Coliseum. ALCOHOL POLICY: Per Coliseum policy, there is a limit of two alcoholic beverages per person, per purchase. Valid proof of age is required for all patrons. No alcohol will be sold to intoxicated patrons. For all games beginning prior to 4:00 p.m., alcohol sales will end at the conclusion of the third quarter. For all games beginning at or after 4:00 p.m., alcohol sales will end at the conclusion of halftime. TAIL GATIN G: Tailgating is permitted within, in front of or behind your parking space. Tailgating is prohibited immediately after kickoff. TRANSPORTATION SERVICES : Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) is conveniently located at O.co Coliseum. The ramp from the Coliseum BART station connects to the eastern addition of the Coliseum. AC Transit buses drop off at the Coliseum BART as well.
